Jonathan Clement has over sixteen (16) years of complex litigation experience. As an engineering graduate, managing attorney Jonathan Clement is able to utilize his unique business and engineering knowledge in case preparation allowing us to assemble a more thorough case. Mr. Clement has over sixteen years of major tort litigation experience, and it is this background and experience that allows him to thoroughly represent individuals who have been injured and/or have died from asbestos exposure.

Perry J. Roussel Jr. P.E.
Perry J. Roussel has over thirty-two (32) years of complex litigation experience. As a licensed professional engineer and MBA graduate, attorney Perry Roussel is able to utilize his unique business, engineering, and industrial knowledge in case preparation, allowing us to assemble a more thorough case.
Mr. Roussel was a practicing engineer for over fifteen years prior to becoming an attorney working on engineering projects both for the U.S. Department of Defense and private industry.
It is this background and experience along with thirty-two (32) years of complex litigation experience that allows him to thoroughly represent individuals who have been injured and/or have died from asbestos exposure.

Gerolyn Petit Roussel
Attorney Gerolyn Roussel was once a partner in a defense firm and has many years of experience in representing large corporations in major litigation. She has over forty (40) years of complex litigation experience that allows her to view cases from both the plaintiff and defense perspective; thus, allowing her to thoroughly represent the individuals who have been injured and/or have died from injuries or exposure to toxic substances.
Gerolyn Roussel is a cum laude graduate of Tulane University School of Law, where she served on the Board of Editors and as Notes and Comments Editor of The Maritime Lawyer. Gerolyn Roussel is admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court as well as all federal and state courts in the State of Louisiana.

Lauren Roussel Clement
Lauren Roussel Clement is a graduate of Tulane University School of Law, where she received her juris doctor degree and a certificate in civil law. Mrs. Clement is admitted to practice law before all federal and state courts in the State of Louisiana. Lauren R. Clement also holds a degree in business administration from Louisiana State University. Mrs. Clement was an honor recipient of the Dean's List while attending
LSU.
Lauren R. Clement was born and raised in the River Parishes, and is deeply familiar with its customs, traditions, and strong ethical and religious backgrounds. Lauren R. Clement is able to utilize her legal and business training and knowledge to provide thorough representation to severely injured clients.

Benjamin P. Dinehart
Benjamin P. Dinehart is a magna cum laude graduate of the Tulane University School of Law where he served as the Articles Editor on the Tulane Law Review. Mr. Dinehart is also a cum laude graduate of Tulane University with a degree in Anthropology. Mr. Dinehart is admitted to practice law before all of the state courts in the State of Louisiana, and the federal court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. He is a member of the California State Bar Association.
Benjamin P. Dinehart is able to utilize his legal training and knowledge to provide thorough representation to severely
